I never wrote about a boyfriend I never really had them I just sung about losing them That's my experience with boyfriends Never had that many I grew up in the nineties all about acceptance and money What's a boyfriend anyway Do you wanna hear me complaining? Do you wanna hear me sad? Hey Kev, never wrote a boyfriend what the fuck is up with that? He's a really good guy and I have a great time He may find me annoying And I may too time to time So i guess I'm lifting the curse in this very song So I'll have a rebirth by the end of this song

Welcome to "DAD OF THE UNIVERSE"... while I've been hunkered down and isolating during these interesting times, I thought about how useless it is to want to write the "Perfect Pop" song especially when there's no one to perform for and a music industry that is ...dead?

So when it comes to making music - maybe just do whatever you want. What music would you play to yourself? What do you sound like when there's no one else to hear you? It's like "in Space, No One Can Hear You Scream."

I hope this isn't coming off as nihilistic. But I just wanted to write little musical poems that made me laugh. So enjoy!!

Much Love,
Kevin Hairs
